Shield extender/armor plate-
give more hp to shields. Take an armor plate, reduse by 30% and make that amount in shields. Give more charge delay
(None)/ferroscale plates-
make current shield extender mirror ferroscale plates. Keep current extenders as these shields (they will need a name)
None/reactive plate-
If new extender repaired much slower, ferro shield as it is, would people like to have a reactive shield? A shield with current hp and a mini recharger?
Recharger/armor repair.
Make them mirror each other, with recharger being better since extenders give less hp then armor plates. Extenders need a buff. Recharger should recharge slightly faster too.
Energizer/ none-
Would a armor booster be good? Or should it stay as is. If you want something like that , I thought of an 5 sec delay and a booster that repairs 30 hp per sec. It could be too op tho. Idk its up to yall.
Regulator/ none.
Not needed for armor.
SHIELDS need a buff. All caldari dropsuits need a buff. That's the main point of this post. Most of what's above are ideas to sort of get a balance between shields and armor. Feel free to give your stats and opinions on any item.

Really? I still see more armor tanked min gal and amarr. I guess since they tweaked plates, everyone wants speed on their suits. Well, shields should get a small buff tho. Why? Well they are first line of defense. Let me post it this way for you.
A scrambler rifle chews through shields and reaches low armor. Easy insta pop. A mass driver has to first first get though shields before it can severely damage armor. Armor suits have the advantage of having shields as a first line of defense, despite caldari recharging quicker. The fact that shields are the first line of defense, and can't recharge while being shot at, plus the fact that you can't tank as much as you could with armor, is a HUGE advantage towards armor. This is why I say give shields a buff. Yes shields try to make up by recharging quicker and no speed penalties, but for real. I will destroy a caldari Sentinal with my viziam scrambler rifle+ 3 proto damage mods.
